This home shares access to a semi-private soundside dock, perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboarding, fishing and crabbing. Guests also have access to Monteray Shores community amenities, including a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, clubhouse and boat launch. The nearby beach access at Bonito Street is a short walk away and also provides public parking.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this house. We were pleasantly surprised when we went in. Very spacious house. Very nicely decorated. Nice view of the bay. Very comfortable parking. The pool and the Jacuzzi were very clean and good size. We used them a lot. We enjoyed the sunset at the dock. our girls rode bikes everywhere. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. We also went on a tour to see the wild horses. Overall, this was a great vacation and I did not wanna leave this house.

If there had been just one of these things, I probably would not be writing this.
1. The house was not ready to rent. There was trash is the back yard area and tons of places within the house with holes or cracks in the wall, plaster showing through or mismatched paint.
2.Inaccuracies: The pictures show two hot tubs but one had been removed. The amenities also showed that I needed to pack a hair dryer, but the home had two in the master bedroom. Just an unusual item that took quite a bit of space.
3. I have never rented a house that was this unwelcoming. The lack of paper products, trash bags, towels and basic kitchen cleaner are noticeable. These inexpensive items would have made a world of difference. They created grocery runs and nights of unplanned laundry.
4. The house is covered in SPIDERS and webs. It was disgusting! We were afraid to open doors and go outside. There were other swarms of insects that made it even harder at dark.
I do NOT recommend this property.
