Welcome to Sound Legacy! This stunning retreat offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking views of the sound.
The ground level is all about fun and relaxation, with a game room complete with a wet bar, mini-fridge, and ice maker, plus a TV and plenty of games. On this level there is also a room with two twin beds connected to a semi-private bath. Step outside to your private oasis featuring a 10-by-24-foot pool, hot tub, and a fully fenced outdoor area with dining and lounge seating for everyone to enjoy.
Back inside on the middle level, you’ll find a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower and soaking tub, plus direct access to a deck overlooking the sound. On this level you will also find a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle.
The top level features an airy great room with soaring ceilings, beautiful flooring, and a cozy electric fireplace, creating the ideal space to gather. A 55” TV and open-concept design make it perfect for entertaining, while the expansive windows and deck provide spectacular sunset views. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, and a coffee station, all flowing into a spacious dining area.

This unit was very nice and in a good neighborhood, which was very close to stores, restaurants, and beach access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt at home. It accommodated our family very well. The home matched the description and was very roomy. Beds were very comfortable, the sunset views were amazing, and we had everything to keep us satisfied even on the days we didn’t go out. Hosts were responsive when there was a question or concern. We really enjoyed our stay in Corolla and would strongly consider rebooking when visiting again.- Reviewed On: 9/4/2026

the house was beautiful and comfortable and we felt right at home. Just a couple of issues as the there was still clothes and a beverage can fro. previous guests in the outdoor shower and we ran out of propane for the grill. The house was amazing, clean, very well decorated, beautifully done. There was a large amount of kitchen items for us to use. Great place if you are planning a party, there was a ton of party platters and whatnot.
