Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy with your loved ones. The spacious living area is ideal for unwinding with board games or watching TV after a day of sun and surf. With multiple bedrooms, including king, queen, twin, and bunk beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to rest comfortably.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

the house was perfect for 4 couples and 2 young children. The 4 bathrooms was a huge plus and the 2 connecting rooms and shared bathroom was perfect for my daughter / son in law and 2 kids. We don’t use hot tubs in hot weather but it did get used on the one rainy day. Plenty of decks whether you wanted to sit in the sun or the shade. Really close to the beach and the communal pool was very nice. PS. No complaints about the beds) that’s always a plus.

Perfect for a larger family with pets or two/three couples sharing place. Stone's throw from beach, well maintained, dog-friendly unit and neighborhood, and close to many amenities. We would definitely rent again.
