The ground level features a recreation room with foosball, air hockey, Ping-Pong, a big-screen smart TV with Netflix streaming, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and a full-size fridge, shares a bath with a room with two DuoBunks. A bedroom with two singles and a laundry area complete this level. Play a game of 'wild horse' at the basketball goal outside!

On the mid-level, you'll find five bedrooms: A primary bedroom, two queen bedrooms with a connecting bath, and another bedroom that shares a connecting bath with a room with a bunk set.

The top level features a light-filled great room, a big-screen smart TV with Netflix streaming, a dining area, a kitchen with granite countertops and double ovens; a half-bath and an adjoining beautiful queen primary bedroom. Enjoy a meal on the front deck picnic table or relax in the top deck hot tub with awesome sunset views!

Some of the amazing amenities offered include private unheated pool that's one of the largest private pools in Whalehead, Polywood loungers and Adirondacks, a hot tub, WiFi, nine TVs, two DVD players, Netflix streaming on smart TVs (great room and rec room), a wet bar with a mini-fridge, an additional full-size refrigerator on the ground floor, Ping-Pong, air hockey, foosball, a basketball goal, beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the top deck, and beach access within 190 yards.

Our recent stay at this vacation home was absolutely wonderful, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. One of the biggest highlights was the sheer amount of space available, allowing everyone in our group to comfortably spread out without feeling cramped. The pool area was a true gem, providing a fantastic spot to unwind with an abundance of seating for everyone. We loved being able to spend our mornings by the pool, soaking up the sun, and then taking a short, easy walk just four houses down to the beach. The proximity to the beach was a major plus! The home's kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with ample utensils, which made cooking meals a breeze. We took full advantage of this, preparing many delicious dishes, and also really appreciated having access to the outdoor grill. The location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the convenience of a coffee truck in the mornings for our caffeine fix and looked forward to the Kona Ice truck in the evenings for a sweet treat. And a special shout-out to whoever left the Kona cups – those were a brilliant touch and allowed us to get the refill rate, which was a nice bonus! A quick note for future renters: We did notice a musty smell on both the first and second floors during our stay, which we reported to the management team. While this didn't detract significantly from our overall enjoyment, it's something to be aware of. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation home for anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed rental with excellent amenities and an unbeatable location. We can't wait to come back!
