A screened porch and decks on the west side of the house provide plenty of outdoor living space overlooking the private pool area.
Plum Paws backs up to a canopy of mature pines and the neighborhood's wooded path to the sound. Take advantage of convenient access to the water (practically in your backyard!) for fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. As guests of the Corolla Light community, you can enjoy a variety of world-class resort amenities. Take the complimentary trolley service over to the Oceanfront Club House for direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center. You'll also find tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, volleyball, and basketball courts.

Just back from a great week at Plum Paws in Corolla Light Resort. House was great and more than enough room for the 10 of us. Pool and jacuzzi area is great and the kids loved all the activities at the resort. Volleyball tourney, basketball, trivia, bingo and corn hole. Great food and drinks at the oceanfront pool complex. Trolley service is convenient. Only issues were house could use some TLC outside, weeds and pine needles, etc. otherwise great house in a fun resort and the dogs were happy too!- Reviewed On: 8/19/2024

This is our 6th stay in Corolla Light and 1st at Plum Paws. The Corolla Light Resort and the sound is our favorite area to stay. The layout of this home is very comfortable and the location on the Sound can't be beat. It's a nice area to walk your dog or for an evening stroll. The home's beds/bedding was comfortable and we appreciated the availability of extra blankets. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and has numerous pots and pans for use. Also, the home offers a larger 10+ seating dining table. This home has plenty of outdoor seating around the multiple deck areas. We enjoyed the home's screened in patio area outside the upper dining area for late night card games. We will definitely look to re-rent this home when planning our next trip to Corolla Light!- Reviewed On: 8/4/2024

We absolutely loved our stay at Plum Paws this past week! The house had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the extra touches --incredible variety of books and puzzles, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor furniture on every level, lots of ceiling fans and extra hooks in the bedrooms for towels! It was so helpful to be able to bring our dogs as well! The location on the sound was perfect for viewing the fireworks on July 4th and just enjoying walks along the water. We never had a problem getting a trolley to the beach and it wasn`t a bad walk or bike ride on our own either! We enjoyed our traditional dinner at the Oceanfront Grille, frequent visits to the Juice Jar and also a great last night with the Outer Banks Boil Company who we highly recommend!- Reviewed On: 7/1/2022
