This house worked perfectly for our multi-generation family. Nice central location just a few minutes from everything! Sunset Bridge is just around the corner and we enjoyed walking there to see the sunset every night. We LOVE the neighborhood so our family preferred traveling around with the golf carts we rented. We were just a few minutes to Harris Teeter, ice cream shop, duck donuts, super wings and 5-10 minutes to the beach. Of course, faster if we drove by car! Always plenty of free parking at the beach access even during busy times. You can also take the trolly which we have done and is very nice and convenient. We loved that the pool at the house had underwater lights for night swimming. We felt secluded but yet close to everything we wanted. The house was clean and comfortable. This is our 6th year coming to OBX and we plan to rent this home again.

Perfect place to rent when having a Wedding at The Black Stallion. Amazing home with everything you could wish for. My only complaint would be that the vacuum did not work well and there wasn’t a broom dust pan or swifter to be found. A very tiny complaint. Our family had the time of their lives!

AMAZING!! Everything you could ask for for a family vacation. We had the Black Stallion for a week for my son’s wedding and this is the perfect home to rent along with the Black Stallion. We made so many wonderful memories.

This house was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the spaciousness of it which allowed us to spread out and come together as we wanted. I had to bake a my nephew’s wedding cake while I was there and the 2 ovens allowed me to do that in record time and still have time to enjoy the area. Their wedding venue was right next door so that was a total plus! This was our first visit to the OBX and I look forward to returning someday. The only complaint I had was that the low bandwidth sometimes made watching tv a little challenging. We never got the big screen tv on the middle level to work until we logged back into the Wi-Fi a few times. Also the tv’s in the 2 bedrooms on the lower level should be a bit bigger. All in all we were satisfied.

The property was absolutely beautiful! I loved the spaciousness. It was very clean. The appliances were upgraded. We were there for my nephew’s wedding and I had to bake his wedding cake. Having the two ovens available cut my work in half. Their wedding venue was right next door so that was a plus. The only minor complaint that I had is that the low bandwidth made watching television a little challenging. We had to reset the Wi-Fi a few times before we got the big screen tv to work properly on the second level. And the tvs in the two bedrooms on the lower level could be a bit bigger. Other than that, it was perfect for us. This was my first time visiting the OBX. I look forward to returning.

It was a pleasure working with Village Realty while staying at their Sea Glass property in Corolla, NC with my family over the Christmas holiday. The pictures online did not do this home justice! The home was so stunningly beautiful and has everything we needed to make our stay memorable including a cabinet full of board games! The only issue we had was that the lower level of the home did not seem to have heat. Everyone that was sleeping in the rooms down there ended up sleeping upstairs. Other than that everything was amazing! I would definitely stay with them again. They were also very helpful in communicating possible outages and flooding due to a storm in the area. They informed us that our property was not impacted and the direction we could come in order to avoid issues while traveling.

Had a great time, beautiful house, nice pool, could use some additional chairs in the pool area. Had a problem with some of the doors not locking correctly. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and the house was great!

House is beautiful and offers a lot of space inside and privacy outside. Unfortunately we walked into the house with A LOT of issues. Fridge didn’t work, broken bed, leaking washer, broken closet door to name a few. Village realty was great at getting these things taken care of as soon as possible but still was an annoyance to have to deal with. Especially the fridge not working. However our overall stay was awesome!

Camille, thank you for taking the time to submit some feedback and for talking with me while you were here in town. We never like our guests to start their stays with issues such as those you encountered on arrival. I am glad to hear that we were able to take care of them in a timely manner and get you a replacement fridge while waiting to get the fridge working. We understand the inconvenience and are happy we were able to come to an agreeable resolution. We are so glad that you were able to have an awesome time through all this and look forward to seeing you again!
