The top-level great room has comfortable seating in the living area to watch some movies and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare your culinary delights when you're not out sampling the many amazing local restaurants. The top-level sun deck is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, socializing or simply enjoying your favorite beverage. The ground level game room with a pool table also has access to the pool area. The mid-level den is another comfortable place to hang out and has a wet bar with a mini-fridge and direct access to the covered deck.

The Whalehead Beach community offers several miles of secluded beaches, beach accesses on every block and quiet streets that are great for walking, running or biking.

The Parrots Perch was the cutest vacation house! Everything was very clean! The pool is completely fenced in separate from the house which was great for traveling with small kids. Having the hot tub was awesome. It was about a 15 minute VERY EASY walk - we had small kids with us so it could have been 10 min or less. The house was a little older but definitely priced accordingly! We would stay here again!!

Great pool and hot tub
