The top-level primary suite includes a private soundfront balcony - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Take advantage of a variety of community amenities, including two outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, clubhouse and playground. Admire the stunning, photo-worthy sunsets from the 400 ft. soundside pier with gazebo. Guests will have direct access to the sound with a secluded beach area and a boat ramp for launching small vessels and water toys. Kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, fishing - the possibilities are endless for a fun-filled day on the water. When it's time to hit the beach, two nearby public accesses are just a short drive away and provide free parking. The central location in Nags Head means you'll be minutes from a variety of shopping and dining options, as well as attractions including Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Fishing Pier, and Dowdy Park.

Can’t stay an entire week? Life On A Sandbar is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Could have been cleaner upon arrival and the master shower needs a shelf for soap/shampoo/razor etc. Loved location and view. Nice tv’s, well supplied kitchen, and loved room darkening window coverings! Loved keyless entry. Cleaned grill before and after we used. Very nice having a grill. Could use couple more chairs on patio. Would love toco,e back again some time

Cozy living space with amazing view
