Welcome to Ricos Retreat, a Villas on Roanoke Sound condo with outstanding water views and stellar resort-style amenities! Your days under the sun can spent enjoying the 400-ft pier, boat launch, tennis courts, and pools. When you aren't swimming in the pool's turquoise water, head to one of the convenient beach access points, located just minutes away. A hang gliding lesson can be booked with Kitty Hawk Kites' Flight School, a peaceful hike can be taken around Jockey's Ridge State Park, and playful competition can ensue at Lost Treasure Golf.

Decorated in a charming nautical theme, the interior of Ricos Retreat is full of sunlight and modern amenities. The living room is an ideal spot to stream your favorite shows, or participate in a family game night! The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and many nifty gadgets make cooking a breeze, and dining is just as easily done at the wooden dining table.

Both of the condo's bedrooms have ceiling fans, soft linens, and ample storage space. The perks don't end there though - also inside you'll discover central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The unit was the perfect size for our short trip. We loved having two pools and the fishing pier. Added bonus my son was able to walk through the “secret” path to Jockey’s Ridge.

The location is great for anyone looking to have a quiet vacation. It's close enough to all the beach activities but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. There's a great little beach area you can walk to instead of going to the oceanside and a little pier you can fish from. The people who live in the complex were extremely nice. The home was a nice clean space. It's not perfect; there are some maintenance needs. There's some water damage to a portion of the downstairs floor and some puckered wallpaper in the kitchen, but overall it was a nice place. If we ever returned to Nags Head we would book here again.

Can’t beat access to the sound and jockeys ridge and all that nags head has to offer. Home is well loved but was comfortable for our family of four.

Little fishing pier and small beach on the Sound you can see from the house. I’m on oxygen and was able to walk there and back without any trouble. The kids loved the pool too. About a 5 minute drive to public beach access on the ocean and very close to the shops and restaurants. Hope we are able to go back next year!
