The spacious driveway accommodates 5 – 6 vehicles and includes a basketball hoop for added fun. This level also features newly added pool and ping pong tables, three ensuite bedrooms with flexible sleeping options including bunks and trundles, and a cabana half bath with easy pool access. The private theater room has been upgraded for an immersive experience, now featuring a 70” TV with Dolby Surround Sound, tiered recliner seating, and beverage refrigerator. A laundry room with two stackable washer/dryers and a convenient half bath complete this level.

The top level is designed for gathering and relaxation, showcasing a spacious great room with panoramic ocean and sound views, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The gourmet kitchen includes a Viking oven with a 6-burner gas cooktop, two dishwashers, wine cooler, pantry, and breakfast bar seating for six, flowing into a dining area that seats 8–10 and overlooks the water. The sunroom and reading loft provide peaceful spaces to unwind while soaking in the endless ocean horizons. The top-level king ensuite retreat features a 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, deck access with elevated ocean views, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanity, tiled shower, and whirlpool tub. Additional TVs have been added throughout, including in the entry room and garage, and the downstairs kitchen TV now includes a retro gaming system for nostalgic fun. The garage has also been repainted and upgraded with new epoxy flooring.
