This immaculate home boasts contemporary finishes and minimalist design choices to create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. Stylish yet practical LVP flooring runs throughout the common areas, tying the entire space together for a cohesive look. When you're not dining out at one of Duck's fabulous restaurants, prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen that overlooks the great room and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for four. A spacious sun deck off the living area provides plenty of room for enjoying the sun, salt air and oceanside breezes. After a day at the beach or exploring Duck, come home and unwind with a relaxing soak in the 6-person hot tub.

No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from the very best that Duck has to offer. The Waterfront Shops are located directly across from the Bayberry Bluffs community and include boutiques, coffee and ice cream shops, galleries and The Blue Pointe restaurant - a local's favorite. The best part of this rental was the location to the beach and the town of Duck! You can't beat that! Everyone was so nice and the beach was clean! No public parking beach access meant fewer people on the the sand. Many families rent golf carts for the week but if you like a little stroll than there is no need. The house the perfect size for two couples and their littles.

Now you're cookin was the perfect house for my wife, kids and I! Easy walk to the beach, and also included chairs, sand toys, a wagon and more to bring along. I unfortunately didn't have a chance to try out the outdoor shower, but it appeared to be clean and nice! My only piece of feedback is I wish there was a better lighting source for the hot tub. (Something like string lights) it's very dark at night, and if you turn on the main lights below the house, it's pretty bright. Additionally, I would suggest bringing your own pillow. The bed in the primary bedroom was a little firm, but towards the end of the trip we realized it was a sleep number but the batteries to the remote were dead. None of these things change my 5 star review however! Check in/out was a breeze and village realty communicated well to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
