Welcome to Checking the Anchor, a pet-friendly, canalfront condo in Pirate’s Cove in Manteo, NC. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat offers 1,471 square feet of comfortable living space, along with access to the community pool and hot tub. Enjoy the covered outdoor deck, outdoor shower, keyless entry, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with streaming capabilities.

The first level features an inviting living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishes and utensils. A king bedroom with a private full bath and a convenient half bath off the hallway complete this level. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two queen beds and its own full bath. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit, and parking is available for your convenience.

Pirates Cove offers a variety of resort amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis, and volleyball court. The onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill and Raw Bar overlooks the marina and provides lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Located right across the Bridge, you'll be just a short drive from the public beach accesses in Nags Head. You'll also be just a short drive to Manteo's downtown, so be sure to set aside a day or two to experience this hidden waterfront gem of the Outer Banks.
