Stella Blue features a thoughtfully designed reverse floor plan, with all bedrooms on the lower levels and an open-concept great room on the top level. Stylish and dog-friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring flows from the living and dining areas into the kitchen for a cohesive design. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows flood the space with natural light, and an electric fireplace creates cozy ambience. The chef in your family will appreciate the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which overlooks the great room for quality family time even while preparing meals.

Downstairs, the ground level media room can serve as a second living area or kids hangout space. Use the additional full-size fridge for storing extra groceries or for grabbing a convenient drink or snack without having to go upstairs. Just outside, the enclosed yard with privacy fence is ideal for families with dogs or small children. It includes a grilling area for outdoor gatherings and a bubbly hot tub for a relaxing soak at the end of the evening.

This was the nicest rental we've had since coming to Duck or Corolla at the end of the year for more than 2 decades. Village was extremely easy to deal with, and a minor repair was taken care of immediately by an extremely kind maintenance person. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The hosts had many thoughtful, personal touches, and comfort was a priority! The mattresses were perfect, the kitchen incredibly well-stocked, and the hot tub worked flawlessly. This home has been treated with love, and hopefully, everyone else who rents it will treat it with the respect and care it deserves. We certainly appreciate it and hope to return.

This was our 3rd summer staying in this community. We love the homes there and this house was no exception. It's a great location with a short walk to the beach and the pool/playground are great for the kids when they were too tired to get to the beach. We would love to come back.

Lovely house close to the beach

This was our third summer staying in this community and we love it. The house has plenty of room for our group. The yard provides a great space for the kids and dogs to play. The community pool and playground are great for the times the kids don't want to do the beach. And the beach is a short walk away. The house itself was clean and had most of the items you would need for your typical stay. We had another great trip and look forward to coming back next year.

We have been vacationing at OBX for almost 25 years and due to work commitments often have to plan last minute. This year was no exception. We booked Stella Blue through Village and was not disappointed. From the initial booking through final checkout, all went well. The process was seamless. This was our first time staying at the Villas at Corolla Bay and we were extremely satisfied. The property was in pristine condition and well stocked. I especially liked the mattress in the master bedroom as it was nice and firm. We had a cool breeze at night which allowed us to use the spotless hot tub. Another big plus, my adult children enjoyed using the bikes since we could not bring our own. It's the little things that make guests happy and likely to return. The property was located ~ .5 miles from the beach which for some may be a concern but for us, it allowed us to get our added steps in. The only downside of the location is the Herring Beach access did not have a bathroom. This of course made for some quick runs back to the house after a few cocktails on the beach. Overall, we were very pleased with the booking process and the house and certainly would return and recommend both to our friends & family. Thank you all for making our 8/2024 vacation a success!

We truly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Stella Blue! It was our sanctuary during an interstate move with occupancy gaps between our old home and new home. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house had everything we needed and more. We will definitely use Village Realty again!

We really enjoyed our stay. However didn’t realize it was a 6 night stay and not a 7 night stay until after booking. Be that as it may the house was great and we had a wonderful vacation.

My stay here was excellent. The walk to the beach is only about 5-7 minutes but we rode bikes making it even faster. The house itself is incredibly charming and well-kept including the outdoor spaces such as the hot tub, porches, and grill. I especially enjoyed the fenced in back yard for privacy. The host sent a welcome platter of cookies that lasted us the week as well
