The house is in a great location. We had rented bikes for our 6 teens and they were able to bike to the beach, ice cream, tennis courts, light house, and shopping. There is also a small parking lot near the beach access that we used for my husband who has had back surgery and cannot ride comfortably. As for the house: the pool and hot tub where a huge hit for my guys. The game room on the lower level was utilized nightly and there was enough comfortable seating inside and out that made it a very comfortable stay for all. It was hot! all week and sitting outside we caught the ocean breeze and could sit comfortably for hours. I believe the flooring upstairs had been recently upgraded along with the couches - it was VERY clean and easy to keep clean from a sandy foot pov. Would easily rent this house again next year!- Reviewed On: 6/23/2025

The deck, HOT TUB and pool were amazing. Big place, very private but still easy access to the beach. Even saw wild horses. I will definitely stay here again- Reviewed On: 3/27/2024
