We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was cleaned twice while we were there. We loved the Village Beach club amenity, however we wished it stayed open later than 5pm.

This was my families first time in the OBX and the house was incredible. So much space, perfect amenities, and great service from the Village Realty team. Anytime we had a question they were quick to reply. If we find our way back to the OBX we will absolutely be using Village Realty to book our next vacation home!

This house was perfect for relaxing in the off-season. It has a giant and comfortable couch, great hot tub, gas fireplace, and the kitchen was really well-stocked with everything needed to cook giant family meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find, the keyless entry was without issues. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves which we did most of the time. There was plenty of space for the seven of us. The beds were very comfortable. The place is centrally located to many of the local attractions and a grocery store is a short walk and shorter drive. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and a great place for a sunrise or sunset walk. We felt it was very economical for our group which ranged from a 3 year old to a 91 year old and plenty in between. As a AirBNB host myself I highly recommend this house for a stay.

Our family loved the quiet neighborhood! The house was literally perfect for our needs. I received a message when we were on the way there that the cooktop was broken so we would only have half of it to use, but they provided hot plates in the interim. The stove was replaced in two days! Amenities at the village beach club or awesome for us too. It was a great week!

We arrived right at check in and were able to easily access the property. There is a park accessible after a short walk. We enjoyed the sunset there. The home was close to shopping, resturnants and things to do such as the sand dunes where we went sand boarding and flew kites. Beach accesses were also very close and easy to park.
The house was clean and I appreciated how many utensils and kitchen items available for use. There were even larger pans which is not something I always see at rentals. I brought larger towels for hotub use and I was glad we did even though there are towels available. I also would bring additional blankets, they are thin which is great for summer just not winter.
Also we loved the big dinning room table and additional bar seating. It made it easy to eat together and feel at home.
I felt the nightly rate was fair but I will say the cleaning fee was a little expensive. For some reason it also went up with every night. Previously I paid a flat rate.

Quiet and beautiful little neighborhood away from the noise of the main highway, even on “bike week” it was quiet. Yet there’s a nice plaza within walking distance that has everything you could need for your stay. The back deck was great! The only thing the house could use is a couple of area rugs to soften the house a little bit. Very large master bedroom on top floor with a private deck. Nice views and great location. Would definitely stay here again. Price was very good for the space as well.

We had a WONDERFUL time! Our house exceeded our expectations. Village Realty staff was wonderful to speak with and their timeliness response to a minor issue we had was perfect! I don't think we could've had a better week!
