Description

Bourbon Beach House is a newly constructed oceanside home in Kitty Hawk with upscale finishes and one-of-a-kind custom touches you won't find in your average vacation rental. The reverse floorplan features a top-level great room with gorgeous hardwood floors, a shiplap fireplace and direct access to the deck for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The casual, open-concept design allows for easy flow and sightlines from the living area to the eat-in kitchen, ideal for socializing and spending quality time with family and friends. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen's large island and high-end appliances including a Bosch refrigerator, Viking range and microwave drawer, and even a wine fridge! The primary suite is also located on the top level and includes a spa-like private bath. Luxurious upgrades include a custom walk-in shower with three shower heads and a separate soaker tub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including a second ensuite with deck access, along with a spacious den that can serve as a second living area.

Downstairs. you'll find a bourbon-themed rec space with bar, full size fridge and a custom whisky barrel wall that will get happy hour started anytime of the day. It's conveniently located right off the pool area, along with a half bath. After a day at the beach, the outdoor fun can continue in the backyard. Take a dip in the saltwater pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Use the tiki bar and built-in grill for poolside drinks and cookouts. The barefoot-friendly grass and fully enclosed fencing is perfect for kids. In the evenings, gather around the firepit while planning the next day's adventures.

Getting to the beach will be a breeze, with just a three-minute walk to the Hawks Street public access. Bourbon Beach House is conveniently located at milepost 3.5, so you'll be just a short drive from some of Kitty Hawk's most popular restaurants including Black Pelican, Rundown Cafe and Jimmy's Seafood Buffet. You can even leave the car at home and take a stroll along the beach road to Art's Place for drinks on the rooftop bar with ocean view.

We had a couple issuses. Hot water was on and off. Most times we showered with warm water. Also the spa tub did not work. Table and bench on the top balcany were in very rough shape. We were unable to use them. We did report all issues. A tech come out and checked one time. Nothing was done during our stay.

Beautiful home with all the amenities and more! Spacious for privacy, yet plenty of room for large family gatherings. Convenient for activities on cloudy days and very close to beach access for fun in the sun. Would def recommend to a friend!

If you are looking for a 5 star home this is it! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and my husband’s sister and son. The back yard was awesome with the pool, hot tub and bar and grill area with an outdoor TV. The house was beautiful with comfortable furniture and two separate lounging areas both with large TVs. The master suite was awesome with an amazing shower, perfect after a day on the beach. The beach was a short walk across the road- an easy walk for all. Do not pass this one up!

This home was extremely beautiful! It had all the upgrades and the beds were very comfortable with lots of extra quilts and pillows. The pool was very nice along with the large yard. The location was perfect, 3 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Loved sitting out on the top deck and the views were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!
