JR5209: Take It E-Sea

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It is in a great location on a quiet street and just a short drive from beach access, which made it very convenient for our group. The house was clean upon arrival, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. We took full advantage of the amenities during our stay, including the Wi Fi, pool, hot tub, and downstairs game room, all of which were a big hit with our family. The layout worked well for our multi-generational group, with guests ranging in age from 12 to 80 plus. This was our second time staying at the property, which speaks to how much we enjoy it. The realty company was easy to work with throughout the rental process and made check in and check out simple and smooth. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend this beach house to others looking for a comfortable and well-located beach rental.

It was a great place. We would suggest addressing the very unstable internet. It made watching TV frustrating as it would freeze and disconnect frequently. Also providing a high chair or baby gate for stairs would be amazing. We loved our time there. Wonderful home in a great location.

We had a great time at this beach house! The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The house was super comfortable, everything was clean and in working order, and it had everything we needed. The game room was a big hit with both the teens and the adults. The rental company was easy to work with, and we’d definitely recommend both the house and the company!

Property was exactly as described. We stayed with a party of 9 (8 adults and a baby). There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great location with many things to do within a short drive. Pool was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again if in the area for vacation.

We had an issue with the sink in the kitchen that was fixed in a timely manner. The towels were a little skimpy and only one bath towel per room, so happy we bright our own. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great.

Overall, a really nice rental that is well kept with a great deal of amenities for every member of our family. Our only concerns were the number of ants and lack of toiletries. Otherwise, the location (walking distance to the beach), cleanliness, and privacy made this a great rental.

Only the grill was dirty. Beds and rooms were clean. Pool person came by during the week to check the pool. Clean towels for each bathroom. Customer service helped us enter the property when combination didn't work.
