New for 2025: Newly Renovated Game Room. You can Take it E-sea at this beautiful home with all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Relax in your own private pool and hot tub. The great room offers a living area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare those delicious meals. The lower level game room will be a fun place to hang out and play ping pong and foosball.

Relax and enjoy the convenience of this Old Nags Head Place home with quiet streets for bike riding, a short walk to great restaurants, and a very easy stroll to the beach. Take It E-sea is sure to call you back for years to come.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please Note: Gas fireplace in the living room and firepit in backyard are not available for guest use; Jets in the soaking tub are not operational. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

It was a great place. We would suggest addressing the very unstable internet. It made watching TV frustrating as it would freeze and disconnect frequently. Also providing a high chair or baby gate for stairs would be amazing. We loved our time there. Wonderful home in a great location.

We had a great time at this beach house! The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The house was super comfortable, everything was clean and in working order, and it had everything we needed. The game room was a big hit with both the teens and the adults. The rental company was easy to work with, and we’d definitely recommend both the house and the company!

Property was exactly as described. We stayed with a party of 9 (8 adults and a baby). There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great location with many things to do within a short drive. Pool was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again if in the area for vacation.

We had an issue with the sink in the kitchen that was fixed in a timely manner. The towels were a little skimpy and only one bath towel per room, so happy we bright our own. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great.

Overall, a really nice rental that is well kept with a great deal of amenities for every member of our family. Our only concerns were the number of ants and lack of toiletries. Otherwise, the location (walking distance to the beach), cleanliness, and privacy made this a great rental.

Only the grill was dirty. Beds and rooms were clean. Pool person came by during the week to check the pool. Clean towels for each bathroom. Customer service helped us enter the property when combination didn't work.

Christmas Vacation
Loved the house! It was spacious enough for all 9 guests. It was clean and the kitchen had plenty of stocked cooking pans and accessories. Hot tub was serviced properly and game room was a blast! We will be back!
