HIAV05: Crab Walk

Make your way to Crab Walk, a well-maintained oceanside home in laid-back Avon. Crab Walk is situated in the sought-after Oceanfront Estates community, where you can take a stroll or bike ride to the beach access at the end of the street. After a fun-filled day of sun, sand and waves, come home and unwind in the comfortably furnished, open-concept great room or get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen. The living area leads out to an expansive sun deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a picnic table. All three bedrooms are conveniently located together on the mid-level. Bed and bath linens are always included at no extra charge, and the beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival.

Avon is considered by many to be the center of Hatteras Island, home to more businesses than some of the neighboring villages. Despite this, Avon remains a quaint coastal town with the main attraction still being the unspoiled beaches. Crab Walk is located on the northern end of Avon, just past the 11-mile stretch of undeveloped National Seashore that separates it from Salvo. A three-minute drive south will take you to the heart of town, where you'll find the Avon Fishing Pier along with a variety of locally owned boutiques, surf shops, and dining options.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
