Excellent house! Amazing views all around. Kitchen was well appointed, though missing a can opener. We never made it to the store to pick one up so one is on its way via Amazon! Beds were very comfortable. Driveway is challenging for more than 2 vehicles. Would stay again if we choose to stay at a house without a pool or hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the upper balcony was fabulous.
It would be helpful to explain how to get to house. It’s a little tricky being behind the first house on the court.
My husband’s complaint was not being able to bring the king bed home with us LOL. SO COMFORTABLE!!!
We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here (Ls 16) twice. We love the views, the general layout of the house and the cleanliness . One suggestion might be to improve the driveway. We had 2 cars and it is somewhat of a hassle, however we are still pleased.

Beautiful home with views of the Sound and golf course. Finding the driveway was tricky. They have built a house in front of it, hiding the drive. I would definitely stay here again. The home was clean and provided a good layout. Close to restaurants and a beach access.

Beautiful home! The clubhouse access to the pool and the beach is simple and convenient. The back porch faces the sound side with a water view. The sunset is stunning! The Village Realty management team is very responsive and accommodating. If I had to have a complaint, I'd say that for such a beautifully appointed home with a large kitchen and wide selection of cooking utensils, there are no cooking basics. If you don't want to bring your own basics (salt, pepper, cooking oils, spices, etc), the home is incredibly convenient to multiple grocery stores. Additionally, paper and cleaning goods are a bit limited - we ended up buying additional TP, trash bags, paper towels, dish detergents, etc. We traveled with 6 adults. The mgmt company will donate any unused items left behind if you don't want to take it all back home. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this home. It's very spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and well located a great view! Perfect for vacation.

After coming to the OBX twice a year for over 20 years, we have found paradise! We have stayed from Corolla to Frisco and every town in between. The past several years we have stayed in Nags Head at various rental houses. This year was our first in “Sound of Dreams”. I’ll just go ahead and say, it won’t be our last. When we arrived, the home was spotless and the towels and linens on all beds. The kitchen is well apportioned with the needed cookware, plates and silverware. This house has very comfortable beds as well. The present owner has upgraded the kitchen appliances to all stainless and that was a welcomed surprise. The house being sound front provided constant views of the water and the famous OBX sunsets over the sound. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy not only the OBX, but this wonderful home away from home. Thanks to the owner for allowing us the opportunity to share this home for our vacation.
