I like the cleanliness of the property and the location. When I called guest service they were friendly and helpful. I also like that the location was pet friendly five minute walk to the beach. I would stay at this location again

The condo was great! The extras provided like sand toys and beach chairs were added bonuses. The shower under the house made beach cleanup a breeze. The front deck and back patio are nice to enjoy the evenings on. Exactly what we needed for a little OBX get away

Very nice accommodations, close to the beach and easy access to all shopping and sights. The only thing I would like to add is more lights on the stairs. It is hard to see at night.

I loved everything about this rental. The location was amazing as you can walk out straight to the beach. There is a tennis/pickleball & basketball court right outside. The condo was spotless. It is tastefully decorated and one of the few places I've rented that actually has a kitchen that you can cook in (the knives are even professionally sharpened!). The beds were the perfect amount of firmness and the fact that sheets, towels & beach chairs were provided is a plus. Definitely a place I will look forward to renting again. Thank you!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. A very welcoming space for 2 adults, a teen and our pup. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and most cooking pans. (Pizza pan would be a good addition). The appliances were very nice. Easy to sweep floors since sand is hard not to track in. Beach is a short walk away and love the close proximity to the grocery store and ice cream. 2nd time at this complex, first time at this condo. Will definitely come back.
