Take the beach gear provided and head to the shore to collect shells, sunbathe, or rent waterfront equipment like paddleboards and fishing gear to make the most of your day on the water. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lost Treasure Golf, Outer Banks Kayak Adventure, Dowdy Park, and Jockey's Ridge State Park, all within a 10-mile radius.

Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the contemporary decor, the beautiful wood flooring, and the blanket of natural light that radiates comfort from every corner. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Get a comfortable night's rest in either of the bedrooms, boasting luxe linens and plush beds. Enjoy the oversized walk-in oversized shower after a long day of activities. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Good location just north of Kitty Hawk memorial. No complaints other than the cleaners forgot to empty the dishwasher and the small microwave sucked. It worked but cook times were long. Other than that, everything was very good. My lady friend commented that, due to our age, we will probably look for a place that has an elevator next time.

I’ve notified housekeeping to address the missed dishwasher and maintenance to inspect/replace the microwave as needed. We booked a week at the Sea Swept cottage for spring break. The property was perfect and in close proximity to everything that you need. We watched sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the creek. The bathrooms were modern and the bedrooms were rustic and so comfortable! We loved everything about it. We’d definitely stay again!

Oh, what a week we had in Kill Devil Hills! I took my daughter and her friend here to celebrate their senior week after high school graduation, and boy, did we hit the jackpot with this house! Normally, we're Southern Shores regulars, but this place has won us over. First off, the house was sparkling clean, perfectly appointed, and nicely decorated. Location-wise, we were right in the heart of everything. Kitty Hawk and Duck to the north, Nags Head, Avalon, and Hatteras to the south – talk about being spoiled for choices! The convenience was unbeatable. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach, groceries, shopping, and all sorts of fun activities like go-karts and mini-golf. We had so much fun exploring and enjoying everything the area has to offer. While the girls took in the beach, local sights, and everything OBX has to offer, I was able to telework the entire time. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the serene environment made for an incredibly productive workweek. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us – it truly made our vacation unforgettable!

This is a great house to relax in! It is very comfortable and well stocked. The location is very convenient- close to the walking path on the sound, close to shopping and only a few blocks from the beach. The owners have great style! The ground floor lounge with the couch and ping pong is a fun way to chill with friends. We will definitely be coming back to this house!!
