There's just as much to do at the house as there is on the beach, with a private hot tub, an eight-foot-by-15-foot swim spa (complimentary heat is provided during months of April and October only), and a game room waiting to welcome you home each afternoon.

This elevated home is spread out across three interior levels, with an additional shaded area under the house offering an enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a private hot tub. Inside, the central living space is up on the third floor, where a loft-like layout and large windows bring in views of the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood. On one side of this great room, there's an inviting living area with a sectional sofa, a TV, and dual sets of glass doors that lead out to an ocean-facing deck; on the other, you'll find a window-lined dining room, a door that leads to a balcony, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a peninsula bar counter. There's even more space to spend time with your loved ones downstairs in the game room (with a Cocktail Arcade Cabinet and a TV) and outside on the mid-level deck (with an eight-foot-by-15-foot swim spa).

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, seven TVs throughout the house, and baby gates, a high chair, and a booster seat for little ones. At night, you'll have your choice of one bedroom suite on the top floor, three bedrooms (including one with a private bathroom) on the second floor, and one more bedroom suite on the first floor.

This home offers a prime Nags Head location for beach-goers, with a sandy path to the ocean just across the road. You'll be three blocks east of Highway 158, which is lined with casual eateries, restaurants, recreational outfitters, and shops and conveniences of all kinds. Jockey's Ridge State Park - the site of the tallest living sand dune on the Atlantic coast and a great spot for flying kites and watching sunsets - is only two miles south as well.

This house was absolutely gorgeous and literally steps from the beach! We picked it specifically because we didn’t need to cross a busy street and for the arcade room we knew our kids would love. We had rooms for my family of 5 (kids 11,9, & 6) to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that the house came with a “starter pack” with dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Having a house with full-sized laundry was amazing! We did small loads every couple of days and didn’t come home with the typical and overwhelming pile of dirty clothes. The house was ideally located close to the Wright Brothers memorial, Jockey’s Ridge state park, and Manteo with the lost colony, freedom trail, and turtle sanctuary. Mini- golf and a beautiful movie theater rounded out the week. It was a truly amazing trip for our family!

Perfect for a family getaway! Comfortable home with beach access a short walk right out the door. Short drive to all the fun activities the area has to offer. My kids absolutely loved it. My husband lo ed the relaxing hot tub to relax our old muscles after a long day!

My family (two adults and two kids) loved our stay in this home for a long weekend in Nags Head. The house is very close to beach access and conveniently located near coffee shops, restaurants, and a nice park for the kids as well. We only used two of the bedrooms, but there would have been plenty of space for a larger group. The arcade game console was a huge success and it was a lot of fun to play the old arcade games together, like Pac-Man, Galaga, and many others. Would definitely return to this house in the future!
