We had a very good experience with Village Realty. We realized prior to our arrival date that the elevator was not working in the building where we had booked a third floor condo . The Village Realty representative quickly found another condo that had an elevator and was suitable for our elderly needs. The unit was probably the most comfortable and clean places that we have stayed in our many years of going to the Outer Banks. Thank you Village Realty for making our vacation week a great one!

Condo was great. We went with friends that had never seen the outer banks. They were blown away at the condo. They could not believe how well equipped the condo was. I told them it was typical Village Reality. We all had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Loved staying here! The convenience to the beach was great. Everything was nice and clean. House was well-equipped. I wish there had been foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen, and more towels specifically washcloths provided (having a laundry room made this work out fine though). Glad there were puzzles! Really a comfortable space and we would definitely stay there again. I would recommend wiping down of the door handles, especially for the front door as it was quite grimy, but I was pleased with the cleanliness of the inside.

Wow ! What a beautiful condo. Even though on the first floor you could still hear the ocean . The owners have definitely taken care to make sure guests have the best quality vacation . If I could give it more stars I would !

This was our first time renting this condo and we absolutely loved it. The owners thought old everything that we might need during our week long stay. The unit was very clean and quiet. Our family will definitely be renting this unit again.

Our stay at Cast-A-Waves was terrific. The place was exactly how it was described on the booking. Everything was clean and functional on our arrival. Access to the pool and beach were great. Location in Nags Head was close to other attractions but quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place and we hope to return again!

What a wonderful property! There were 3 of us on a Girls Trip and this condo was spectacular. It was incredibly clean, safe and located in a perfect spot. The pool was cleaned daily, access to the spacious beach was by the pool and the bldgs were well kept. I would recommend this property to all.

We have stayed at Heron Cove in the past. The oceanfront condos are large and spacious and laid out well for families. Our unit was this time was a first floor unit as we did not have near as much selection for a Sunday to Sunday rental week. We did not have an ocean view (we looked at high dunes) but was recently renovated and very comfortable. And with a 3 year old grandson it was easier to be on a low floor and not have to rely on the slow elevator. The pool was cleaned daily and a huge hit with the grandson. The general location is also very convenient to many stores, restaurants and amenities.

This condo was the perfect space for a family of 6. As simple as it gets in terms of checking in, and no complications finding the place. The condo was extremely clean with everything we needed. Kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you could think of: Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Crockpot, Griddle top, utensils, silverware, and dinnerware. The walk to the beach was effortless and once you get into the sand, that’s when you realize how special this place truly is. Very private, quiet, and clean. Restaurants and shops around the area are great. We would recommend Blue Moon, or Mulligans. Overall, this is as good as it gets for a rental condo. Would definitely say here again!

Wonderful location right on the beach! The interior of the condo was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. My only minor complaint was the exterior of the property was run down and under construction. Also, housekeeping rang the doorbell 20 min before check out while we were trying to get everything packed and loaded to leave.

This is an absolutely beautifully renovated condo. The owners have done a wonderful job to put all of the finishing touches on everything. The shower in the master bath was so appreciated by my 6`4" husband. This is the first time we stayed in Nags Head and we brought friends with us (they loved the area and the condo). Thank you for letting us use this beautiful space and for leaving such a sweet note upon arrival!
