Banx Sea is a newly renovated home in the sought-after SeaSide community of the Village at Nags Head. Stylish yet practical LVP flooring runs throughout the common areas and all five bedrooms. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, come home and curl up on the sofa in front of the electric fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and crisp white walls give the great room a bright and airy feel, and the open-concept layout is ideal for gathering. There's no shortage of outdoor space either, with two levels of decking for enjoying the salty air and coastal breezes. After a long day, retreat to the top-level primary suite with updated ensuite bath. Four more bedrooms are located on the lower levels, providing plenty of room for family and friends.

Getting to the beach is quick and easy using the neighborhood boardwalk just steps from the house. Use the beach cart to easily transport all of your toys, snacks and gear. Guests at Banx Sea will also have access to the Village Beach Club, located just half a mile away. Open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September, the Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of family fun in the sun. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, pickleball court, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. Golfers in your group can take advantage of exclusive discounts at the Nags Head Golf Links, located just across the bypass. This challenging Scottish course was named "among the most beautiful in the Eastern US" by Golf Digest.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for everyone with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The downstairs bedroom and middle bathroom had some mold around the air vents. This was the only downside. Very close walk to the beach!

Comfortably spacious

We got there on a Thursday and spent the weekend.We came there because of the closeness to the beach in which the house is, didn’t get to get in the water because of the current advisory… of extreme winds and heavy currents but we all enjoyed walks on the water beach daily. The house was clean and all the kitchen supplies dishes and so on were available. There were some fixtures that were loose like the toilet holder in one of the bathroom and the temperature cage in the living room. The mattress in the first floor bedroom was old and most likely needs replacing the bed in the second floor was very cracking when you moved around. The barbecue grill needed to be cleaned and it didn’t stay lit. Besides all these minor things we would definitely stay there again. It’s a comfortable house and very inviting. Everyone enjoyed the time together cooking eating and playing games.Thank you

This cottage was so pretty and updated and very clean! Lots of room for my family and plenty of deck space to relax. The walk to the beach is quick with a boarded walkway all the way there. The beds were very comfortable too. Such a cute little neighborhood with a uncrowded beach. Will be looking to rent again in the fall or next summer!

Great spot near the beach

The house was nice and close to the beach. It ended up being rainy when we where there, so we spent more time at the house than planned. It was a short walk to the beach in between rain showers. The house is nice and you can see they have made updates in many areas. The kitchen felt a little small when we had too many cooks in the kitchen, but still manageable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice house in a nice area with a nearby beach access and a fantastic beach. We had some maintenance issues, but Village reacted very fast and everything was fixed short-term. The cleaning lady (very friendly) was still in the house when we arrived (30 minutes later than check-in time). Obviously this created some pressure on her with the result that we had to remove trash and cleaning floors from some dead flies by ourselves. But, this "negative" points should not be over evaluated and overall we liked the house and we enjoyed our stay a lot!!

Overall great stay!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We would absolutely stay at this house again. It is beautifully decorated and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. I absolutely do recommend staying here. A few notes of things that I would have liked to know in advance: - Some of the photos are not up to date e.g. kitchen has been remodeled, no barstools at counter - Although the house sleeps up to 10, there are only chairs at dining table for 6 - There is no cleaning supplies at the house. We had to run to the store for all purpose cleaner, dish washer pods, etc. - Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom. We had to purchase more - Only 2 trash bags provided. We had to purchase more - Only 1 roll of paper towels provided. We had to purchase more - Upper primary bedroom does not have a comforter
