Enjoy the convenience of having your very own private pool and hot tub right in the backyard! Bring home steaks or the catch of the day and use the picnic area for cookouts. The top-level wrap-around deck is perfect for lounging in the sun, while the screened porch on the mid-level provides shade and protection from the elements. Inside, an open-concept main living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. Vaulted ceilings and windows galore make the space feel bright and airy. Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. An additional table for four in the ships watch is the perfect place for puzzles, board games or poker night. Beach-friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring flows throughout the living area and bedrooms. All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the mid-level, and the two king rooms share an updated and spacious Jack-and-Jill bath with walk-in shower.

Situated on the north end Monteray Shores, Ultra Classic is less than half a mile to the community clubhouse and amenities. Use the Corolla Multi-Use Path to walk or bike to the fitness center, tennis court and community pool. Nature lovers will enjoy the walking trails and multiple soundside piers. There's even a boat launch for kayaks, paddleboarding and small vessels. The beach is just a short drive away - use the nearby public access at Bonito Street with free parking.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Perfect location to shops and food. Pool and hot tub were clean. All the HOA amenities were amazing. Beautiful huge community pool and dock were close to home and perfect addition to trip. We would love to come back! Great communication the whole time. Thank you so much for everything!! House was clean and comfortable. when we arrived the air conditioner on the middle floor was not working, we contact Village and they had a maintainance professional out right away.
Very satisfied with our stay, and would stay here again if we ever make it back to the area.
