CL722: The Sandlot

The Sandlot is a three-story, four-bedroom home nestled among the pines in Corolla Light. The outdoor space features a fully gated private pool and hot tub, creating a relaxing retreat for unwinding after a day at the beach. Guests can also enjoy a screened porch, multiple decks, an outdoor shower, a beach cart, and covered parking. The ground level includes a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and utility sink, along with a half bathroom. The mid-level features a King bedroom, with deck access, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks. Up a half-level, a bedroom with a Double and Single bed shares an upgraded full bathroom featuring a separate Jacuzzi tub and luxury shower with the remaining King bedroom. Each bedroom includes a TV and DVD player.

The top level features an open great room with a TV and Blu-ray DVD player, a dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for six. A loft with a game table offers additional space for gathering, while the screened porch and deck off the kitchen provide inviting spots to enjoy the coastal breeze. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, five TVs, five DVD players, books, games, a gas grill, and keyless entry. The private 28-by-12-foot pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee.

Guests enjoy access to Corolla Light's resort amenities for up to eight guests, including four outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a soundside pool and pier, an oceanfront restaurant, snack bar, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball, playground, game room, and two putting greens. Bike and jogging trails, seasonal activities, and a nearby trolley stop provide additional opportunities for recreation and convenient transportation throughout the community. Wristbands are required to access community facilities.

Located near beach access, The Sandlot offers convenient access to Corolla's beaches, local shopping, and dining. Visit the historic Currituck Beach Lighthouse, discover the area's famous wild horses, or enjoy fresh seafood at nearby restaurants.
