Centrally located on the golf course and soundside with convenient access to the Village Beach Club pool, Nags Head Golf Links and the beach!

Parking 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Ask about our Military discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The house was clean, cozy, and spacious. Stayed with a family of nine and we had plenty of room. The house was beautiful and a fit for all of our needs, also not too pricey. Close to shopping and dining areas, with a short distance to the beach. This was our first time visiting the outer banks and we had such a great time here. The hot tub was huge plus! Definitely would recommend!!

I love to be access to the pool area. This house is close enough to walk if needed, but they have a free shuttle. Some minor issues with the house such as a leaky shower head and not the cleanest carpets, but nothing that stopped us from having a great vacation. Would definitely rent this house again.

Excellent location

We had a great week at this house with family. The location is excellent…not far from the beach, or the pool! Nags Head is a great central location for an Outer Banks visit.

Amazing getaway

We spent 4 pleasant days in this house during Christmas break. It has everything you need. For us with young children, the hot tub is their favorite. The location is great with grocery store in 2 min and restaurants closeby. Highly recommended.
