Upon entering Bel Isle, you'll quickly take notice of the wood-lined interior, gorgeous window views, and open layout. The living room provides a cozy space to gather and watch movies. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary adventures, featuring a full suite of appliances and ample meal preparation space. The five bedrooms are all decorated with nautical mementos and cooled by central air, ensuring everyone's comfort.

The screened-in porch is a great space to read, dine, and enjoy marvelous sunrises. The upstairs TV space boasts a work desk, ideal for remote workers. A private washer/dryer and a collection of board games tie together Bel Isle's interior amenities.

The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (10 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
