Lazy R&R features a pyramid bunk room with a hall bathroom on the ground floor, conveniently located near a rec room with a kitchenette and easy access to the pool area. On the middle level, you'll find a queen and 2 king bedrooms both with private bathrooms.

The top level boasts a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a 4-seater granite bar, ideal for enjoying all your favorite meals. After cooking, relax by the gas fireplace in the living room, available for off-season use only.

With deck access on every level, step outside to enjoy the private pool, hot tub, pergola, patio, and stone built-in grill.

We had a wonderful week in the Outer Banks. The house was perfect and anytime I contacted Village Realty, they were responsive and helpful.

Nice place! Good location - felt centrally located between Duck and Historic Corolla. Wish the beach was a bit closer & access was walkable - but not a big deal to pack up and drive a couple miles either way. A bit older decor & furnishings (i.e., bedspreads vs comfy plush bedding). Though we were totally comfortable during our stay… the cleaners could do a better job - dust bunnies under all the beds, the extra blankets were basically thrown in the closets and none of them smelled fresh - sheets were clean! No extra anything when it comes to trash bags, toilet paper/towels - when they say 1 to start… they mean 1. Plenty of kitchen utensils and small appliances! Pool and hot tub area was very nice - super clean! Didn’t use the outdoor fireplace or grill - but they had clear instructions if need be. Rooms aren’t as big as the photo angles give way to but we had plenty of room for bags and privacy as a family of 4. Lower level suite is very spacious!Nice views in a quiet community!

My family and I had a delightful stay. The house was stunning and a great value for the price. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The location was amazing. We had views of the golf course, sound and ocean. We watched the sunrise and sunset daily. The pool area was very nice and clean. Great proximity to grocery and great dining options close by. We rented a golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach so my 80 year old mother didn’t have to walk too far and it was worth it. Overall it was a great stay and would love to visit that property again. Also, Village Realty was super responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property.

I almost forgot there was a beach with how entertaining and wonderful the home is. There are a surplus of amenities and services making every second of your stay as relaxing as possible. You won’t even need to lift a finger. Thank you for a truly amazing experience and visit on the OBX.
