From there, stroll along the soundside boardwalk to the Town of Duck public park, where events, festivals and live performances are held at the outdoor amphitheater. Best of all, a beach access exclusively for guests of the Saltaire community is located at the end of the street!

The unique open-concept layout on the top level, centered around a massive skylight, provides a bright and airy space for spending quality time with family and friends. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, seating at the bar and plenty of counterspace. All four of the bedrooms are conveniently located together on the mid level, along with two full bathrooms. Three levels of decking plus a screened porch provide endless opportunities for enjoying the outdoors. Easter trip

The house was great! It had plenty of space for our family (4), wonderful living space on the top floor with a view of the town and sound. Excellent location for easy walks to shops and restaurants. We'll be back!

Moby Duck is a great property, with plenty of space and in a really good location relative to the shops and restaurants in Duck - all within reasonable walking distance. The ocean/beach is also within reasonable walking distance - half to three quarters of a mile in the opposite direction as the Duck activity. Our visit was only my wife and I, so we didn't use all the space, but could see that there plenty of sleeping, bathroom and common spaces to accommodate much larger groups for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean, and Village Realty did a great job of communicating with us - usually a very quick response during normal working hours.
We would certainly stay at this place again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. Perfect place to walk into town, the boardwalk, and so many restaurants. Great place for littles as they have a high chair and pack n play plus a ton of games and toys. If you have littles I would recommend picking up the pass to park at the end of the street for the beach as it is a bit of a walk for small ones. The beach access is great and has ample space to spread out (April). We will definitely be looking in to staying again!

Perfect location in the Outer Banks, walkable to Waterfront shops in Duck, the sound, and the beach. Nicely designed for a multifamily vacation, with all bedrooms being on one level below the main kitchen and living area. Beautiful views.

Great time in Duck

My family (6 adults and 1 dog) had a great time at Moby Duck. Location is EVERYTHING with this property. Nice walk to the beach, but the best was the incredible location to the bayside and the nature boardwalk. The house itself was pretty accurate to the listing. I would say the bathrooms need some love, but living spaces were great. The beds are super comfy which can be a struggle with rental places. Some of the outside space needed work. The screened in porch was pretty tattered, a bunch of the screens were damaged or missing. Overall this place was awesome and I would highly recommend. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas provided, we rented for the week.

Great place and location. Walked every day to restaurants and shops and the beach. House was perfect for our 2 families. Lots of toys and games for the kids. High chair for toddler. Great entertaining area and deck! Thank you for hosting us!

OBX Get Away

Large home with great decks, lots of fun indoor games and activities provided for kids, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and within walking distance of the beach and sound side boardwalk. Perfect for our multi-generational family of 6.
