Welcome to Palais de Antibes (formerly Holiday House), a spacious four-bedroom home in Corolla with private pool, resort amenities, and convenient access to both the beach and the sound. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. Palais de Antibes is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short stroll from the Marsh Landing soundfront pier and within walking or biking distance to a variety of shopping and dining. 

Kick back and relax with family and friends in the comfortably furnished, open-concept great room. It opens up to a west-facing sun deck overlooking the pool below - the perfect place for admiring the breathtaking sunsets. Back inside, the well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a double oven, and an abundance of prep space. With a main dining area for ten, a breakfast nook for four, and bar seating, there are plenty of options for traditional sit-down meals or casual entertaining. A loft just off the dining area provides a cozy nook for reading or just some quiet time.

The mid-level consists of three bedrooms, including a generously sized king ensuite that features deck access and a private bath with double vanity, soaking tub, and expansive walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, and a bonus room with daybed offers alternative sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, you'll find the second king ensuite with a newly renovated, spa-like private bath.

After a day at the beach or exploring town, the fun can continue back at the house where everyone will delight in the sparkling private pool. This outdoor entertainment area includes a covered patio and grilling area for poolside cookouts.

Located in Monteray Shores, Palais de Antibes provides guests with exclusive access to a variety of indoor and outdoor community amenities. The clubhouse includes tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The beach is just a short drive away - use the nearby public access at Sailfish Street with free parking. Walk or bike along the Corolla Multi-Use Path to Monteray Plaza (less than a mile from the house) for conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, and coffee shops. From there, head across the street to Timbuck II Shopping Village for boutique shopping, restaurants, and family-friendly activities.
