Welcome to Yellow Submarine, an oceanfront Salvo retreat with a hot tub, EV charger, outdoor shower, grill, picnic table, and spacious second-level deck. With an oceanfront setting and beautiful views across the dunes toward the ocean, this home is a comfortable choice for a relaxed Hatteras Island getaway.

The ground level offers convenient guest storage space with a full-size refrigerator, along with outdoor amenities made for easy beach living. After a day by the ocean, rinse off in the outdoor shower, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy dinner from the grill, or gather around the picnic table.

The main level includes three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, and washer and dryer in the hall. This level provides the main everyday living space, with everything needed for a simple and comfortable stay.

The second-level loft offers additional hangout space with a large TV, full sleeper sofa, and two twin sleeper chairs. Please note that this loft does not have central HVAC, but it does include a window unit to help cool the space. Outside, the second level features a spacious deck with outdoor seating, a picnic table, and views across the dunes toward the ocean.

Additional features include WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, a carbon monoxide detector, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and EV charger.

No pets allowed.

We had an amazing time vacation at this sweet beach house! It was perfect for us and our young kids. The space is bright and had what we needed! The walk to the beach was short and beautiful. The beach itself was so peaceful and quiet and exactly what we had hoped for! We appreciated the folding chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and cart that were provided. Having a grill and hot tub were also awesome!!
Additionally, Village Realty was great to work with. They were super thorough and communicated promptly and clearly! Our experience in working with them was 10/10.
The kitchen is great but some of the utensils/pans didn’t work super great which would just be something to consider if you plan on cooking a lot like we did! We also found that the couches on the roof were falling apart which contributed to us not spending much time there. Those were the only two things we noticed that weren’t great, otherwise it is an incredible space and was a lovely stay!

We had a pleasant stay. The house was awesome, next time we'll have to make it a longer vacation. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved that the beach was right over the dunes. The area was quiet. We had no disruptions at all.
