The top level boasts a dining area with great lighthouse and sunset views and an artistically painted kitchen with granite countertops that enhance the experience. There also is a king main bedroom and a half bath. On-site amenities include a private unheated pool, a hot tub, three TVs, two DVDs, a central stereo, outside speakers by the pool and hot tub, video and books, and beach access 460 yards away.
