CC297: Las Brisas

Las Brisas is a beautiful home with lots of mature trees for privacy around the entire home. The built in pool has no greater than a 5’ ‘deep end’. The hot tub seats 6-8 people. The outdoor bar has electricity and the grill is poolside. The home has a great game room, plenty of space with a mid level den, 5 bedrooms and 6 total bathrooms. The kitchen, living, and dining room areas are very comfortable. The home boasts a screened in porch and has beautiful decks!
The shuttle to the beach picked us up right at the end of our driveway! There is usually storage space at the rear of the closed in shuttles for your beach chairs and coolers. The open air shuttles didn’t have a rear storage compartment but you can bring your chairs and coolers right onto the open air shuttle.
Village Realty is highly responsive and acted upon our requests within the day.

The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and nice neighborhood. The outside could use some cleaning up around the pool. The pool/hot tub area has lots of chairs to relax in. The community center had lots of activities going on all week and is about a mile walk from the house. Harris Teeter is at the entrance to the neighborhood, making grocery shopping convenient.

We had two families stay in the home. Total of 5 kids and there was a great amount of space for the kids to entertain themselves, from the pool, to the pool table and foosball table. The space was nice, open, and for the most part clean. Two places that I thought they could have cleaned better was the master tub/jacuzzi and screened in porch. There were cob webs along the walls that should not have been there if they cleaned it properly before check in. And while the master tub was not used, it doesn`t look good to have it dirty. Other than that, there was a great amount of outdoor space. Decks on every floor of the home - although one piece of furniture that was missing was an outdoor table (aside from the screened in porch). If we have kids in the back swimming, it would have been nice to have a table either poolside or on the top deck overlooking the pool. The neighborhood is great! Love the Currituck Club. They have sidewalks for great walks in the morning or evening, kids can ride their bikes/skateboards with a nice 20MPH speed limit in the neighborhood. We stayed for the 4th of July week and got to see the fireworks from the top of the hill in the neighborhood. The pool was big and had a nice shade for evening pool time. The kitchen was well stocked (minus a skin peeler for potatoes, etc...) and great that it was open to the family room. The long table was great for dinner and puzzles. Would highly recommend this place and the only reason I did 4 stars was for the items I mentioned.

We were very pleased with the process of check-in and utilizing the amenities prior to having our house ready to enter. The house had a few areas of improvement that come with age and the weather elements, but Village took care of issues that we brought up extremely quickly and we loved our week.

Las Brisas in the Currituck Club community was a wonderful stay in Corolla, NC. Conveniently located to shops, grocery, and beach access. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for our family. We would highly recommend booking with village realty as they were super responsive.

Have stayed here four years in a row. The house is perfect for a crowd! Pool is sparkling and well-kept, beds are comfortable and hot water is plentiful. Nice, large, open kitchen with spacious dining area connected to the great room makes entertaining easy and cooking for a crowd a snap! The neighborhood trolley to the beach is a great amenity, but it is also easy and convenient to drive to the Beach access area and have the super-friendly staff do all the carrying for you. Looking forward to next year already!

This place is great. I've stayed in at least four different houses in the Currituck Club and this one is definitely the best. Biggest pool by far and it is gorgeous. The Internet was also fast enough that we had no problem hooking up our Roku to the TV and watching Netflik, HBO, etc even with my teenage sons spending more time playing online games than at the beach. Beach parking is tight, but the trolley service works well and seems to be expanded this year. The caddy service will load up all your gear and take it to the beach for you. Don't forget to tip. They are mostly college interns. The kitchen was more than adequate for our cooking needs. We probably made 7 or 8 meals for our group which consisted of 12 people. Beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower worked great, A/C worked great. What more do you want?

We stayed at Las Brisas June 11-18. The house could not have been more perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. The pool was beautiful and the house was emmaculate. Easy access to the beach via trolley or short drive. Amazing Currituck Valet service at the beach to help tote all of our junk. I will DEFINITELY be back!

What a week.. Loved staying at this house- our favorite ever!! Great location and community. Went for long walks in the morning and beach then pool.. Did it all, there were 13 of us.. Thanks for opening your home to us- this is our first time in this area usually stay in corolla light-- no longer -- this is our new choice..
