Located close to beaches, nature preserves, and historic sites, this two-story, newly-built vacation rental is a peaceful, full-featured choice for your next getaway to the Outer Banks. Outer Banks Kayak Adventures and Run Hill State Natural Area are both just a half mile away. Climb the steps, cross the front porch, and pass through the door into a bright, open living space with a vaulted ceiling, comfortable furnishings, and a large TV for streaming your favorite channels. Nearby, visiting chefs will find everything they need in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating, while more formal meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Head downstairs and out to the shaded patio where you'll find a bar, comfortable bench seating, a gas grill, and access out to the large, fenced yard where the kids can run and play! You'll love soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of adventure.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had a fantastic stay in Kill Devil Hills! The house was large, spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved it, and we all felt right at home. The location was a big plus, with easy access to the beach and plenty of great local restaurants nearby. The only hiccup was at check-in — the lockbox code didn’t work, and we had to wait about an hour and a half to get in. That was frustrating, but once we were inside, the experience more than made up for it. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others. We'd love to come back again!

This home is exactly as described in the photos. Making it a great choice for our family vacation & 1st trip to OBX. Very clean upon check-in, A/C on all levels works perfectly, hot tub & barbecue are so nice to have. Great size yard for any activities you want to play. Trash pickup came Tuesday & Friday. A simple hop, skip, & a jump to the beach only a 3 minute drive. Kill Devil Hills is a great location. Plenty of parking at all public beach access parking lots during the day. Can’t say enough about this home again and all the comforts it provided our family. Until next time OBX.????
