This property was exactly what was listed in pictures and description. It is newly constructed with modern amenities and in a quiet neighborhood nestled perfectly between the sound and the ocean. It was walkable to the nearby city park and arboretum. It was also only a 3 to 10 minute drive to numerous restaurants and attractions including the Wright Brothers Memorial, Avalon pier, Jockey's Ridge, and the NC Aquarium. The house was decently furnished with most of the things you need while vacationing. Everything was spotless and well cleaned upon our arrival, and the linens were placed in every room ready for us. We enjoyed fun packed days and peaceful nights here. Both the host and the house made our family vacation effortless and enjoyable. Please don't hesitate to book this property for your family!

The place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and rather spacious. I loved how many bathrooms were there. 3.5 baths! Hot tub was private and although the neighbors were close, I didn’t feel they were a bother. Was not very beach walkable but very close of a drive and very centralized to majority of shopping and restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was just very clean and laid out nice and very cozy for me and hubby and 4 kids ranging ages 2-16. The porches had ceiling fans which was nice. The kitchen dining table was huge. There was enough toilet paper trash bags and paper towels and dish soap to last us the full 5 days. I really have 0 complaints. I would 100 percent stay at this location over and over.

Our family of 4 stayed here and the place was awesome! It was clean and spacious and our kiddos loved the hot tub. Loved the short drive to the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants nearby! We will definitely stay here again

We had a very relaxing time here. Everything was what we expected. The house was clean. We were close to the main road,so shopping and restaurants were close. A quiet dead end street.

We had a very relaxing stay on our trip to outer banks. We loved that the house was near lots of restaurants and shopping. Check in was very easy and the code worked with no difficulty every time. The bed we used was very comfortable.No morning back aches. The kitchen was very nice and fully stocked with anything we would need to fix a meal. We liked having the ice maker for our cooler.The street was quiet for a good nights sleep. Thank you for making our stay special.

What a great stay! We came to OBX for our daughter’s softball tournament in Mateo. It was nice to stay in the area because there was tons to do and only 20 min from Manteo. We had two families stay together and it fit all of us perfectly! Would 100% come back to this listing if it’s available in the future!

We had a fantastic stay in Kill Devil Hills! The house was large, spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved it, and we all felt right at home. The location was a big plus, with easy access to the beach and plenty of great local restaurants nearby. The only hiccup was at check-in — the lockbox code didn’t work, and we had to wait about an hour and a half to get in. That was frustrating, but once we were inside, the experience more than made up for it. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others. We'd love to come back again!

This home is exactly as described in the photos. Making it a great choice for our family vacation & 1st trip to OBX. Very clean upon check-in, A/C on all levels works perfectly, hot tub & barbecue are so nice to have. Great size yard for any activities you want to play. Trash pickup came Tuesday & Friday. A simple hop, skip, & a jump to the beach only a 3 minute drive. Kill Devil Hills is a great location. Plenty of parking at all public beach access parking lots during the day. Can’t say enough about this home again and all the comforts it provided our family. Until next time OBX.????
