Great property, host was excellent. Fenced yard was so nice. Neighborhood was in great location for shopping, restaurants and being on the water with dock and chairs to sit out on was the most confident on the cake. Clean, modern, well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would change is the same mattress in 1st bedroom that was in 2nd bedroom. It was a little hard where the other was so soft and comfortable but it’s just a preference thing, my husband liked the harder the other one. First experience doing Vrbo and will using again.

The house was so clean and the views are impeccable. The relaxation on the dock would have sufficed for me all week. Coffee out there or sitting by the row of windows when it rained was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable. And my daughter was obsessed with jumping off the diving board at the pool all day!! Thank you

Wonderful updated little house sound side in a quiet community. Feels very homey and comfortable. Wonderful relaxing spaces and comfortable furniture. You can see the love that went into restoring the house. Definitely recommend for couples or small families who want to visit the outer banks but don't want to deal with the craziness of the beach proper.

The cleanliness of the house was immaculate. It couldn't have been any better. The grass needed mowed, 14" tall when we arrived but wasn't a big surprise. Past reviews stated the same issue. Vacassa texted me upon arrival about the status of the house and I reported the grass issue. The grass was moved the very next day.

The fenced yard for dogs was fantastic! Open the door and let him out. The waterfront deck was also very relaxing. So much better than a hotel or even a condo with dozens of other people around and no private outdoor space.

This was a wonderful place to stay!! Extremely clean, very helpful items around the house to make the stay a breeze (tide pods, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner etc.)and loved the water view out of the windows in the living area. Will definitely book again!
