WH250: The Club House

Welcome to The Club House, a luxurious 11-bedroom estate designed for ultimate comfort and entertainment. This stunning property features an array of amenities to cater to every need including a quick one-minute walk to beach access!

Inside, bask in a spacious living area with an electric fireplace, entertainment at your fingertips including a surround sound via Sonos throughout the house and outdoor spaces with multiple zones to control from your phone. Enjoy cooking? Take advantage of all the kitchen has to offer starting with the granite countertops, bar area, two refrigerators, and a wall oven/ gas range with a large hood. When the cooking is all done and you're ready for a beach house family dinner, gather around the 14-seat dining room table in the dining room that has rear deck access. Above the top level is ships watch that offers views of the ocean far and wide! Within the top level there are three king master bedrooms, two with private deck accesses and a hall half bathroom.

Moving through to the middle level you will find a laundry room with a sink and 2 sets of stackable washer and dryers. There are six king master bedrooms with deck accesses and one of the king masters has a large tile shower and two sinks! Want a place for just the kids? Check out the 3-pyramid bunk bedroom room that is also a master with 2 sinks!

On the ground floor you have another king master bedroom, an additional washer and dryer closet, a game room with a shuffleboard, arcade, huge kitchenette, a half bathroom and access both a screened and unscreened porch where you can make your way out to the heated private saltwater pool and hot tub. The Club House is part of Village Realty's Signature Home Program. These hand-selected properties are meticulously maintained at the highest standards and provide guests with a luxury vacation experience. Complimentary cabana service is provided for all in-season reservations. Every day between Memorial Day and Labor Day (weather permitting), a crew will set up and break down six beach chairs and a 10-foot by 10-foot cabana tent on the beach at the closest beach access to this home. All you have to do is show up with snacks and beach toys!
