This property is well appointed with anything you need in the kitchen. Our family cooked almost every night. The double dishwasher and double ovens were key. The sound viewing and sunsets were amazing. The photos are accurate but not as beautiful as the home actually is. The Pine Island Beach Access is very nice. You have ample parking, restrooms, a pool at the beach for those who don’t get in the ocean, and a shower area to take care of the sand on the way to your car. We absolutely loved the space and would love to stay again next year!

Enjoyed spending a week in this beautiful house with a wonderful deck for watching the gorgeous sunsets and a terrific pool! House was nice and spacious and kitchen was well stocked with quality pans, knives, etc. (I would suggest updating kitchen list of appliances on house site as I brought things that were already at the house.) Sound view and sunsets were terrific! Would definitely consider returning to "Sounds Like Fun". Service response from Village Realty was prompt. This was our second home in Currituck Club through Village Realty and once again, we were very pleased.

We had a great week. This was our second year of staying at Sounds Like Fun. Our 3 grown children with5 grandkids loved our time together. We were very sad when the rate for next year increased beyond our means.

The house was clean upon arrival and had everything we could have needed in it! The house even had a large collection of beach chairs! We had a pretty rainy week so between the game room and two living spaces there was plenty to keep the kids occupied!

This house is beautifully maintained. We loved the views of the Sound and especially loved watching the osprey. We were saddened when the nest blew off the post during a strong thunder and wind storm. We tried our best to get a hold of local Wildness agencies to see if they could come out to reattach the nest which held two young osprey but we didn`t have any luck. The house has beautiful decks to enjoy the sunsets and we loved being in the Historical Loop. Tons of room to spread out and we loved the game room area. We are hoping to return again next year!Thanks for making this a great an isolated getaway during these strange times.

The house was amazing and was clean upon arrival. The view was beautiful. We are considering same house again. We have stayed in Currituck club 10 plus years and this house by far is one of my favourites. We also visited some great local restaurants. Cosmos had great service and great food. The crafty cow was our best find of the week. The best burger on the beach by far. Recommend it highly.

Second year in the house. We loved the improvements. New furniture in the common areas and outside, new dishes and new bedding! Views are amazing. From the deck we saw a family of Osprey, herons and even one morning a family of Otters! And the sunsets can’t be beat! Layout allows for privacy and quiet places if needed. Would definitely recommend!

So the house is totally awesome! Nice and clean when we showed up. There was plenty of space to either hang together or get some quiet in.......Best views around. Everything was in good shape. A little buggy but no more than you would expect from a house right on the water! Being able to watch the Osprey family fledge was amazing. A few minor issues came up (we never did get the TV or the outdoor pool lights to work right) but for everything else each time we sent in a request, we had someone at our door within hours. We will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place to vacation with multiple families! You can enjoy a coffee from the deck in the morning, or happy hour watching a sunset with a beautiful view of the Sound. The pool and the hot tub are fantastic entertainment when you want to stay on site, and the access to Pine Island Beach club is wonderful for an uncrowded beach while also maintaining access to the pool. The house itself has the amenities you need, from cookware, to beachwear, to pool accessories, to technology, to entertainment. Our only complaints would be that the beds were a bit firm and that there were no chairs really in the screened in porch. Most of the time, with the breeze on the Sound, you can enjoy the outside without worrying about bugs, but there are times when it would be good to take advantage of the screened in porch. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place to families looking to have a fantastic vacation making memories!

Thanks for taking the time after your stay to let us know you had a great time. Since your stay, the home has sold and the new owner has replaced all 4 of the king mattresses. He is also getting some new furniture and rugs in other areas of the home including the living room and den.
