Enjoy the nearby shoreline for swimming, surfing, and surf fishing, providing a wide array of coastal activities right at your fingertips. After a full day of lounging on the warm sand, enjoy the community pool and tennis courts, with pickleball markings, directly behind the house. The community amenities can provide sweet relief from the heat or a great way to work up a sweat with a partner. When days come to a close, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep, multiple flatscreen TVs throughout the home for movie nights, and a hot tub under the deck. The high-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work or schooling if you need to stay connected while away!

The ground floor features a day bed with trundle, a small fridge, a flatscreen TV, and a bath with a shower/tub combo shared with a room with two bunks. The second floor offers one king and one queen, both with deck access, which are connected by a shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and each has a TV. The additional queen bedroom is complete with deck access, 32-inch smart TV, and an ensuite full bath. Head up to the third floor, where you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, deck access, and the main suite boasting a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and shower stall.

This house was perfect for our group of 12. Private hot tub, short walk to the always empty pool made it feel private, beach access right down the street, market 1 minute away and more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms inside. We had such a great time!

This house was perfect for our group! The rooms had their own bathrooms which made for a comfortable stay for everyone. Every corner turned felt like a pleasant surprise. The house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was the best I have used and the outdoor space made for some fun hanging out together playing bags and listening to music. I love that there is no house to the right. It makes it feel a little more private and as if the pool is ours. The beach chairs were a nice treat and easy to carry to the beach, which was a nice short walk. Some beach chair straps were broken but we made due. There was also a toy box filled with fine beach items for the kids which was perfect! The only 2 downfalls were 1- not a lot of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and no coffee. 2- Check out time was pretty early compared to other rentals I have stayed in. I’m sure it’s due to the house being so big that it takes a long time to clean. But it was difficult to get a big group out on time and have cleaned up ourselves. But, these things did not damper our experience.

I also understand the check-out time was early; because the home is large we require extra time for cleaning, but I’ve shared your feedback with operations to see where we can improve clarity or flexibility for future guests.
