The lower level rec room has a pool table that offers more indoor fun. No need to worry about carrying luggage and groceries upstairs this home offers an elevator with access to all levels.
The beautiful beaches in Ocean Hill are only 700 feet away, so enjoy some sun, surfing, walking or just relaxing. You are within driving distance to many of our local restaurants, unique shops, and many family-friendly outdoor activities.

Our stay at Banks Retreat in Corolla was amazing! The weather was perfect & so was the house. Close walk to the beach! The house is perfect! From the pool with the basketball hoop, to the rekaxing hot tub, to the awesome yard with the sand volleyball court; there is nothing this house doesn't have! Inside you have the convenience of an elevator to take your heavy stuff to the other floors. The bedrooms are very roomy & the beds are great! We hope to book this house again next year as this was our best house in almost 20 years of coming to OBX!!!! LOVED IT! THANK YOU!!!!- Reviewed On: 6/16/2025

I planned our annual family obx trip for 10 adults and 6 kids (and 2 dogs) and this house was everything we needed and more. The elevator made each floor easily accessible, the beach was a 5 minute walk down the street, plenty of patio space when you just want to escape the family fun for a bit.

We loved this house, especially the outdoor area where the pool and sand volleyball court were. It was very private and the grands had so much fun! Elevator, pool, hot tub, short walk to beach, nice kitchen, comfortable furnishings. Fixes needed: right dishwasher didn’t work much of the time, was unreliable and thus couldn’t be used. Some ceiling lights were out. The four gates (doors) on pool fence don’t lock. We used twine. The refrigerator is outdated and broken inside and needs to be replaced.- Reviewed On: 8/1/2023
