Use the Corolla Multi-Use Path to walk or bike to Monteray Plaza for conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and rentals. Thanksgiving at the beach was a wonderful experience. Renting site was very user friendly, check in was easy and check out was easy too! The house itself was very pretty and we thoroughly enjoyed all the space . No pantry space in the kitchen but the appliances and cooking utensils, pots and pans were more than we had expected. The biggest extras anyone would need are paper products and trash liners. We will likely rent from Village Realty in the future.

WOW... the property was immaculate! Upon driving up the grounds were well maintained. Stepping inside, it felt welcoming because the property was clean and decor was fitting for each space. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor recreational area, however, the weather didn't permit us to use the pool. Our family is looking forward to staying at the property again next year!

The home was just as described, very functional and clean. The AC didn't cool the first two floors as well as it did the third floor, but the weather was in the 60s at night, so the temps were manageable. It was a quiet area, which was nice and relaxing. We didn't take advantage of the development's amenities, the pool and the hot tub at the house were sufficient for us. We all agreed we'd come back to the house if we returned to OBX!
