Game/Rec Room, foosball, wet bar, 2 microwaves, 2 full refrigerators with ice makers and Queen sleeper sofa, TVs with DVD players, stereo, Gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, screened porch with gas grill and picnic table, 2 large enclosed outside showers, covered decks and sun decks, charcoal grill, picnic table, volleyball net, basketball goal, hammock swing, beach buggy for hauling your beach equipment, fish cleaning table.

Ships watch with good views of the ocean, fenced in yard for pets, WiFi, high chair, book library, games, puzzles, beach chairs, and more. Approximate distance to beach access is 850 ft.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Covered parking underneath house for 3 cars with additional parking in driveway.

Everything about Brigadune was terrific! The main area was perfect for our family - having the screened in area with gas grill next to the kitchen was a bonus for the meals we prepared. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area was great and used abundantly during our week there. Having a nice large yard for the dogs made our life easier. The house truly was one of the best we’ve stayed in - comfortable for everyone. And you just couldn’t have a better location - walking distance to everything! We loved our week there!

This home was extraordinary in every good way. Soooo well-appointed, clean, manicured, and comfortable. Just two easy blocks to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Food Lion and Timbuk II. The pool was pristine, and there were so many decks and chairs to relax on or get away from family noise. Most comfortable beds we’ve found so far. We all made a lot of happy memories here this year.

Very nice well maintained house. Dog friendly house with a great little fenced in yard. Only one negative the pool kept getting cloudy and seemed like the filters weren`t working. But over all one of the best houses we have stayed at and will stay again next year.

Brigadune was perfect! Well equipped and lots of room. It was great to be able to have our fur baby with us on vacation too. We couldn’t find a guest book which might have been nice to read and tips or moments from prior families. It might be noted that the home is very close to the fire station and helipad. Overall we could not have been happier with our stay.

Highly recommended

Great property. The house had everything you need for a week's sray from pots and pans, dishes, games, small appliances. The place was very clean and well organized. Close to the beach and Shopping. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Highly recommended. Village Realty had it ready early which was great.

We absolutely loved staying at Brigadune. The location is perfect (close to beach, grocery store, shopping) and the house was very well maintained. The only complaint we really had was the condition of the pool. The water was cloudy when we arrived but with a call to the realty company it was fixed quickly and we only missed one day of pool usage. Plus, like others have mentioned, it seems the pool needs to be resurfaced/sealed/painted (not sure of the correct term) because it makes the water look greenish and the bottom is rough (we had a few scraped toes and hands). We have actually already reserved for next year and look forward to enjoying the the Outer Banks, Corolla and Brigadune once again!

June 2016 Stay

Another beautiful stay at Brigadune!! This is our second year at Brigadune and we're already reserved for next year! This is a beautifully appointed and maintained home, welcoming to both people and dogs. The love and care in this house is obvious and Village Realty does a wonderful job ensuring our vacation was comfortable and relaxing. May 2016 Stay

What a FABULOUS way for sorority sisters and their husbands to celebrate their 70th birthdays. Brigadune was the perfect house to make many new memories. My sisters always thought I was organized, BUT this house had everything labeled and ready for our fun reunion.
