Our stay was so special. Triple Play was a wonderful house and suited our needs perfect. The pool was heated and the temperature was excellent. It was just a very short walk across the street to the beach. Our family made wonderful memories. We look forward to staying with you again.

The rental house was just right for our stay with 9 family members. A few minor inconveniences included previous renters did not roll the garbage to the curb, part of the kitchen outlets didn’t work, weather stripping on main door needs replacing, hand soap would be nice. In the end we had a great time and would come back again.

Triple Play was such a great home for the week. We had 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for us all. The spacious top living area was a nice morning gathering place along with the top balcony with the ocean views. The bottom floor game room was a huge hit and was where most evenings ended up. The private pool was so great to have, we spent some time in it every day. The short walk across the street to the public beach access was perfect! Using village realty for the rental was a breeze. Made for one of our favorite vacations yet.

House was very spacious clean and felt like home. The screen door was ripped upon arrival (this is very common with the high winds in obx) I called village reality late sat Evening someone was there first thing sun morning to fix it. Pool was heated as requested. And is directly across the street from beach access. There was plenty of room for the 5 family`s that were staying there bottom line I would definitely stay here again

We were there for a family reunion, great place because we had ootion of pool in back and beach across street so convenient. Refrigerators on all floors and even a Crab Deck! Great location, easy to access, would go there again for sure.

Spacious, updated, and clean with great amenities! Great beach access in a convenient location. Family favorites are the beautiful sunsets from the back decks and hot tub as well as the turtles behind the house. We are excited to return again in 2020!

The house was perfect for our family. Two sets of bunk beds, all bedrooms except the master on the same floor which made it good for all of the family's to have their own area. The den and the rec room w/sofa and tv were also a plus. Beach access across the street made it easy with a 1yr old. Everyone enjoyed the pool.

Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, our beach week at Triple Play did not disappoint! The house was immaculate and with all the amenities, it was the perfect getaway week - even when we didn`t want to venture out, there was so much to keep us busy at the house! The kitchen is very well equipped so it was so easy to cook-in, which helped us to avoid going to restaurants this year. Our 2021 week is already booked and we can`t wait to visit again!

Loved this place, great location across from the beach access and close to Oregon Inlet. Decorated well and a Fridge on each floor was fantastic. Heated pool was wonderful as was the hot tub and pool table, certainly kept us in at nights! Dryer was down when we arrived, we were brought extra linens and the dryer arrived the next day. Village Realty was quick to address the issue and kept me updated (am not a fan of doing laundry on vacay) but much appreciated! The key code door for check in/out was a great convenience, no waiting in line for a key. Definitely recommend Triple Play and Village Realty

My family of 12 stayed here, and we can not say enough about the house and location. Perfect for children of all ages (yes the adults too). We will definitely be renting this property again. Thank you for opening your house to our family.

We had three generations together for the week and could not have asked for anything more, well an elevator for the old folks but we needed the exercise! There was something for everyone from the teen boys and the game system to the toddlers and children's books. The many TVs were a godsend and the refrigerators kept the snacks and drinks flowing! I didn't hear "I'm bored" once!!! The house was more beautiful and larger than I anticipated so we never felt cramped. My sons are Chefs and fit very nicely in the kitchen together. We will definitely be back.

Enjoying our first OBX Thanksgiving weather is great picking up turkey from Toby at Ten O Six wine is ready house is perfect VR has been fantastic meeting our needs.
