The centrally located and open-concept main living area offers plenty of room for everyone to gather after a day at the beach. Vaulted ceilings and windows galore make the space feel bright and airy, and direct access to both covered and sun decks provide effortless indoor/outdoor transitions. Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood flooring that flows into the dining area. An additional table for four in the ships watch is the perfect place for puzzles, board games or poker night. When you arrive, skip the stairs and use the elevator to easily send up luggage and groceries to the upper levels.
With over 2,900 square feet of indoor living space and four spacious bedrooms, your family and friends will be comfortably accommodated while joining you on the trip of a lifetime. The clubhouse includes tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The beach is just a short drive away - use the nearby public access at Sailfish Street with free parking. Walk or bike along the Corolla Multi-Use Path to nearby Monteray Plaza for conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and rentals. Across the street, you'll find even more shopping and dining options at Timbuck II Shopping Village.
Can’t stay an entire week? Tickled Pink is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Avoid the weekend traffic by choosing any day of the week for check-in and check-out.
Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

House was very clean, there were a few issues in the house, sheets were too small for master bedroom bed, just did not fit. Dishwasher was broken and the refrigerator kept leaking. The grill was really dirty when we got there but it was addressed immediately and cleaned for us. The pool was spotless and awesome. On our last day and night we lost tv and internet. I will say all in all we had an amazing time and would definitely stay at this house again. The sunsets were unbelievable, we really enjoyed ourselves!- Reviewed On: 9/7/2026

Wonderful stay
The house was everything pictured and more. The kitchen was nicely stocked, there were plenty of chairs around the pool, there was a gas and a charcoal grill and there’s also a small fenced in area for dogs. This home is even better in person than the photos depict. Such a great stay for my family and I, plenty of room for the adults and kiddos. The elevator was a life savor for my grandmother. So grateful for their quick responsiveness and for them sharing their beautiful home with us. We had such a wonderful time! Also public parking for the beach was right down the street, super convenient with additional stores like grocery stores nearby. Great location and wonderful owners. Our stay was great , rental company was very nice and informative. The house had a nice pool and hot tub, pool guys came out to check on everything. The bed sheets and towels were clean and bagged for us to use. The only complaint was the outdoor bathroom must have been forgotten by the cleaners.
