Upstairs, all‑new flooring ties together the open great room, dining area, and kitchen, where large windows frame lovely sound views and glowing sunsets. Relax on the sectional with a movie, cook easy vacation meals in the well‑equipped kitchen, and gather around the dining table to plan beach days or tee times. Step out to the top‑level sun deck or covered porch for morning coffee, evening drinks, and colorful sky views over the marsh and sound.

Downstairs, the entry level has also been updated with new flooring and now features a super cool game room that’s genuinely fun for the whole family. Challenge each other to air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, or a game on the TV while you cool off between pool sessions or unwind after dinner—there’s space here for kids and adults to hang out together or spread out. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded, less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

For your consideration.
This is our second time staying at Moon Over Magnolia and we absolutely love the recent updates. The wood flooring is beautiful and the kids loved the new games downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the sunset views are amazing. You can tell that the owners of this beautiful home really care for it, and it shows. We had a great time staying at Moon Over Magnolia and we look forward to coming again in warmer weather!

The property itself was ok..with the price per week we paid the house and porch and pool area needed to get a good cleaning outside and update the outside furniture ..Deck furniture was broken and outside deck was sketchy....Not like the picture with the furniture outside..The inside was good ..There were a couple things needed fixing like outside pool lights ..We did call but they never were fixed for our stay..we had to use our cell phone flash light and the breaker kept going off for some of the lights ..I did contact village realty when we left about that and let them know the washer was leaking ..Loved the location of the house and the inside was nice for the size of family we had..I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the outside ..When you pay that amount this stuff should be better ..

Overall great stay!
The neighborhood was great! Peaceful, safe and pretty. House is very close to public beach access, can bike there! The community is gated, which we loved. There is a restaurant, brewery and coffee shop all right outside gates of neighborhood. There is also a beach rental spot with place to rent bikes.
Things to bring- any & all seasoning for your food (including salt & pepper). The house does not stock anything. Coffee machine is a kureig so bring pods, also bring dishwasher pods as only 1 is provided.
