We really enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient. It's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach, so no driving was needed. The accommodations were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Just a heads-up: towels, blankets, and pillows are limited to one per person. It’s a good idea to bring extras. Other than that, our group had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Very cozy place with massive outdoor area. Note that it’s on the main level but it’s pretty secluded and covered with trees around. The best thing about this place was its proximity to a public beach access (literally across the street) - made it very easy to get to the beach back. There is an outdoor shower right next to the entrance too which helps. Location wise it’s very close to the ice cream shop (def check it out) and a little further to both directions, some cool restaurant - all walking distance. All in all recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo—it was a great little spot that checked most of the boxes for a beach getaway! The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short, easy walk to the beach (which was gorgeous), and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We barely had to use the car all week, which made the trip even more relaxing.
The condo itself was cozy and had a nice beachy vibe. It was mostly very clean and well-kept, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small hiccup was that we noticed the toilet needed a bit of a touch-up when we arrived, and we decided to rewash the comforter ourselves just to feel a bit more at ease. Not a huge deal—just something to note for future guests or for the cleaning crew.
Other than that, we had a wonderful time! The area felt safe and quiet, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the coast. We’d definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!

The house was wonderful! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with utensils/cooking wear, and the short walk to the beach was amazing!

We had a wonderful time staying at VP102: Under The Boardwalk. The place fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the amenities were great. Perfect for my parents not having to deal with steps nor elevator. The location was centrally located to all activities . We enjoyed our afternoons end evenings on the porch with the constant breeze, and we walked up to Bonzers at night to enjoy the live music (1 block away). Highly recommend this condo to others!!!!

This is our familys second time coming and it never disappoints. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is wonderful when you have teenagers. The kitchen was fully equipped with every kitchen gadget you would need and the outside porch area was perfect for cool breezes and relaxing. Additional beach chairs and items are available which is nice. Highly recommend this vacation home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay very much in this centrally located condo with access to everything we needed. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large comfortable deck/porch which offered a constant breeze. We also enjoyed watching the movies from the huge library of DVD`s that were available. It was truly a pleasure to stay in a place where much thought and care was taken to satisfy renters!Sam & Janice B.

My husband and I had a great trip with friends to the OBX while staying at Under the Boardwalk. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We were only a few minutes drive away from the grocery store, gym, shops, and other beach activities. The condo was supplied with everything we needed to make meals during our stay. We also enjoyed the DVD and board game collection! It was a perfect size for three couples to stay, each having our own bathroom. We took advantage of the complimentary YMCA membership, which was a great perk during our stay. We would highly recommend this location to others looking for a great place to stay in Kill Devil Hills!

Everything in our condo was in pristine condition. Our family loved the games on hand and the beach supplies. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes,pots,pans and everything's you would have at your own home. We loved the beach access directly across the street and a bike rental right next door. CVS , food lion and loads of restaurants right up the road. We had a great time!! Thank you for this gorgeous rental Louis and Lisa

Thank you for helping us have a great week at the beach! The condo was furnished very well and it was very clean. Loved the trunks of games and beach supplies. Also loved being on the ground level. We enjoyed The Lost Colony, hanggliding at Jockeys Ridge, flying kites at the Wrights Brothers Memorial, Festival Park and Elizabeth II at Manteo, and more! We'll be back!
