Skippers Landing is a pet-friendly, waterfront home in the prestigious boating community of Pirate's Cove. A bright and airy open-concept great room provides fabulous sightlines and views of the canal. The dining area leads directly onto an expansive, west-facing sun deck overlooking the marsh. At dinnertime, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, with an open-concept layout that allows the chef in your group to socialize and enjoy the view. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite with king bed and vaulted ceilings opens up onto a private balcony - the perfect place for admiring sunsets or watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. The primary suite has a bath with a double vanity, jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms, including a second ensuite, will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Situated right on the canal, the home provides direct access to the boardwalk where you can take evening strolls throughout the marina. Skippers Landing is the ideal choice for boating enthusiasts, who can use the nearby public ramp and dock a vessel right behind the house in the private boat slip.

The Pirate's Cove community offers a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis, and volleyball court. The onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar overlooks the marina and provides lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Located right across the Washington Baum Bridge, you'll be just a short drive from the public beach accesses in Nags Head.

We stayed at a spacious waterfront home in a stunning and private community. The house featured beautiful back decks and a dock, perfect for boating. We especially enjoyed using the grill for cooking steaks and fresh fish. The location was ideal—just a short walk to amenities like tennis courts, pools, restaurants, bars, and local shops. It was also conveniently close to water sports and boating activities, with the beach and ocean pier just a quick five-minute drive away. A perfect spot for both relaxation and fun!

Roomy with great views

This hose was very spacious and offered three decks facing the sound. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. There are four medium indoor staircases which could be a deterrent to anyone who has mobility issues. Appointments could use a little updating.

The house was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The lay out of the house is nice and couple friendly in regard to the location of the bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the view was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend this house as well as Village Realty. The text communications were very convenient and always timely. Thank you for a great long weekend!!

This house was large and clean. It was close to Manteo. However, this is a house rental not a traditional AirBNB. There are no amenities that are special and often found at AirBNBs. The host did nothing wrong, but there was no coffee, bathroom niceties nor anything unique. It was a fine stay.
