This charming oceanside home in Corolla is just 500 yards from Currituck Beach and offers three levels of comfort and convenience, making it the perfect spot for a fun and rejuvenating vacation with friends and family. With six well-appointed bedrooms, there’s plenty of space and privacy for everyone!

The main living area is located on the top floor and features a spacious deck with wonderful neighborhood views, a bright and welcoming interior, and plenty of personality. You can relax on the living room sofa and enjoy a movie on the large TV with Blu-ray. The family chef will appreciate the well-equipped full kitchen, complete with all the small and major appliances needed for your stay. Kids can grab their afternoon snacks at the five breakfast bar stools, while dinner guests can dine in style at the long table with seating for 10. An al fresco meal on the furnished deck is a delightful option, and after dinner, the dishwasher will take care of the cleanup while you unwind on the deck with friends and a nice glass of wine. The third-level bedroom has deck access and is conveniently located across the hall from a shared bath.

On the second level, you'll find four bedrooms—one with an en suite bath—along with access to a deck furnished with Adirondack chairs and the home’s private hot tub. This is a fantastic spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The first level includes the sixth bedroom, the laundry facility, a shared bath, and a spacious recreation area featuring a foosball table, a wet bar with a microwave and refrigerator, a TV, and access to the patio. The private pool adds the finishing touch to your perfect summer vacation, where everyone will enjoy lounging by the pool in comfy chairs. You can take the family dogs to the beach for a fun-filled day, then rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
