Village Realty, located on North Carolina’s beautiful Outer Banks, is a locally managed company offering Vacation Rentals, Property Management, and Real Estate Sales.

We have four vacation rental offices for your convenience, located in Nags Head, Duck, Waves, and Corolla. Rental properties managed by Village Realty are located in Manteo, Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Southern Shores, Duck, Corolla, and Hatteras Island, and range from rentals located on the golf course to large homes with oceanfront estates.

Village Realty strives to provide uncompromising service, quality accommodations, and outstanding representation to our clients and customers.

Our real estate sales division has four locations to serve you in Nags Head, Duck, Corolla, and Waves. For more than 30 years, Village Realty sales professionals have helped families purchase their dream vacation homes on the Outer Banks.
