Ground Level: Two covered carports (parking for six cars) and an outside shower. Raised deck seating area and large grassy yard. Canal and sound access for launching kayaks/canoes.

Mid Level: Entry level with large covered porch spanning front of home. The two-story foyer leads to a south side deck access and sound views, comfortable lounge with HD TV/Blu-Ray DVD, comfortable seating, deck access and sound views, and deck access and sound views that shares a full hall bathroom with a bedroom with two Bunk Sets. Laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Spacious Great Room with HD TV and sound views, dining room seating 12 with deck access and sound views, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, glass-front wine/beer refrigerator and breakfast bar seating for four, Bedroom with Daybed and Trundle with HD TV/Blu-Ray DVD, wraparound windows and sound views.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Amenities: Elevator, four HDTVs, two Blu-Ray DVD, Gas Grill, High Chair, High Speed Wireless Internet, Gas Fireplace. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Three Oceanfront Pools, Lighted Basketball and Shuffleboard Courts, Game Room and Playground, eight Outdoor Tennis Courts, sound-side Pool, sound-front Pier, Indoor Sports Center with an eight Lane Lap Pool, two Racquetball Courts, two Indoor Clay Tennis Courts, Exercise/Fitness Room, Game Room, a 12 person Spa, and Locker Room w/ Saunas. Reduced Green Fees at The Carolina Club and The Pointe Golf Courses. Corolla Light is a Private Community that Requires Guests to Wear Wristbands to Access Community Amenities. Corolla Light Amenities are available for 12 guests.

Things to Know
Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This was a fantastic house minus a few small things that would not keep us from Booking it again. Be ready for a beautiful morning on the sound with plentiful turtles birds and other wildlife around as the back end of the whalehead club is right out back. Close to the trolly stop and 8 min walk to pool/beach. We had the dogs and they enjoyed the cool 2nd floor while upstairs was plenty big for hosting everyone for dinner and to hang out. They have big tvs so no issue there. Kitchen is open and a lot of counter space with a sunroom adjacent (we used it for storage and whatnot). There is a hose and grill out under the right bay which was useful. Also the elevator was used daily with my elderly dad so that was a good addition to the house. In all it’s a great spot and the owners recently did some upgrades (new beds/roof) which was great.

We loved the spacious areas of the home plus the views of the sound. We had 9 family members and 2 dachshunds. Walked to the beach, restaurants, nature trail, pool and sports center. Highly recommend Wild Horse Adventure Tours and Coastal Kayak Touring Company. This was our 1st time visiting the Corolla area. So many things to do!

The house really fit our needs during our vacation. All amenities were perfect during the entire week. Close to fun times at the pool/beach that was posted with fun things to do all week. We played 3 on 3 basketball, trivia, snow cone, to water slides. We grilled outside for the 4th, and other evenings. Went to Corova 4x4 beach daily and saw many horses. Used the jacuzzi daily. Fireworks were on our balcony for the 4th of July were amazing. Great vacation!

Everything is updated and modern. Lots of space in all of the rooms. There was a minor leak in the tub faucet in the 3rd level master bath, but it posed no problem for us. A garbage disposal would be handy, but it's no big deal. We did have an elevator issue one afternoon. However, the maintenance person remedied that in just a few moments after our mutually agreed appointment. Definitely a great rental!
